Bajaj has started 2025 off on the right foot with the release of the Pulsar NS400Z, a bike that offers power and style. The new bike is designed to deliver on the requirements of riders who desire performance and contemporary design.
The NS400Z is equipped with a high-powered engine and the most recent features. It is evident that Bajaj is aiming at consumers who desire an exciting but reliable ride in the coming year.
Engine That Delivers Punch

At the heart of the Pulsar NS400Z is a 373cc liquid-cooled motor, the same unit found in the Dominar 400. It delivers 40 PS of peak power and 35 Nm of top torque. This motor is mounted with a 6-speed gearbox and features a slip-and-assist clutch for easier gear shifts. It’s designed to provide high-speed stability and snarling acceleration, ideal for performance-oriented riders.
Fuel Efficiency and Mileage
Though the Pulsar NS400Z is designed for power, Bajaj has also ensured good fuel efficiency. The bike should return a mileage of approximately 30 kmpl, and it can be used for everyday riding as well as longer journeys. This combination of performance and efficiency contributes to the overall worth of the motorcycle.
Modern Features and Design
Bajaj has fitted the NS400Z with a complete digital instrument cluster and Bluetooth connectivity for added convenience and control. It features turn-by-turn navigation and call/message notification. The styling is in keeping with the classic NS look but with aggressive, new bodywork and fresh colors. Suspension is taken care of by USD front forks and a monoshock at the back. The braking system features dual-channel ABS for improved safety. LED lighting everywhere and a powerful fuel tank make it a confident road presence.
Pricing and Launch Offers
The Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z has been introduced at a launch price of ₹1.85 lakh (ex-showroom). It is the least expensive 400cc bike in its segment. During the launch, Bajaj can offer limited-period advantages or accessories to encourage early adoption, although official offers are not yet entirely announced.
